Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. BellaRosa Boutique will not accept any returns after 14 days. Once your item has been received, you will receive a store credit via email.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all BellaRosa Boutique and product tags attached. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, bodysuits or swimsuits. Defective items must be reported within 2 days, if not reported we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
For an exchange, simply email us at email@example.com with your exchange request. There is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
